For example, the University of Missouri published a study on lynchings in America from 1882-1968. There were a total of 4,743 lynchings. There were 3,446 Blacks lynched and 1,297 whites. 88% of the 3,446 Blacks were lynched in states controlled by Democrats.
Every member of the executive branch of the Confederate States of America was a Democrat. Perhaps, in light of this datum, we can make a Modest Proposal to address the question of reparations.
